Invicta Clamps stand for reliability. They excel through constant and even clamping force around a hose or pipe and are subjected to our regular, stringent quality controls. The smooth contact surfaces and rounded band edges of our clamps protect hoses and pipes during installation. The Invicta Clamps engineering department and programmed CNC toolmaking guarantee precision and rapid processing of custom clamp production and prototyping based on the requirements of our customers. Modern manufacturing methods and processes thus ensure the ever-reliable quality of our products. Though they may ‘only’ be hose or pipe clamps, the individual characteristics of each single product are of vital importance. We develop, design and test them with maximum attention to detail and we manufacture them reliably, to the highest precision standards.

Steel Materials Used in our products

Galvanized Steel Conforming to W1 Hot-dip galvanization is defined as the coating of steel with a metallic coating, by dipping the steel into a melt of liquid zinc at a temperature of approx, 450 °C. The zinc coating thickness of band-galvanized plates mostly ranges between 7 and 25 micrometer (μ), the zinc coating thickness in piece galvanization tends to range between 50 and 150 micrometer. AISI 430 (W2) WNr. 1.4016. A ferritic, 17-percent chrome steel with good corrosion resistance, with a production volume of approx. 14 % of all stainless steels. It can be polished, deep-drawn and flexed very well. AISI 304 (W4) WNr. 1.4301. 1.4301 is an austenitic, acid-proof 18/10 Cr-Ni-steel. Due to its low carbon content it shows intercrystalline durability in welded sheets up to a thicknesses of 5 mm, also without additional heat treatment

APPLICATION RANGE

Invicta india profile clamps are quick-release connecting elements for all flange and cover joints. They also present an economical alternative to conventional bolted flange joints. COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN AND PRODUCTION CONTROL

Our design team has over 40 years experience in design and manufacturing techniques. The latest 3D design software and database techniques are used to ensure the optimum effective and efficient designs are generated. Where required F.E.A. Techniques can be applied to optimise clamp design and prototypes can be fully tested at our laboratory. All design and manufacturing details are entered into our integrated business system and customer requirements are added to our bespoke MRP system which generates material and manufacturing demand.
